A nutrition app for people who don't want to diet: calorie and macro targets, a photo food diary, and meal plans written by real nutritionists. A React Native app over a Rails monolith — I ran the iOS side and owned the queues module behind everything that happens in the background.

ShipSmart

A marketplace connecting households to cleaning professionals, with an app on each side of the deal: one to book a job, one for the person out doing it. Domain-Driven Design inside a Laravel monolith. It is still running.

Wordle with the win condition inverted: the goal is to not find the word. Red letters lock, amber letters must keep moving, gray letters die — until the only word you are still allowed to play is the answer. Ships in Portuguese and English.

    Leading a cross-functional team of six across several internal products, with my hands still in the commerce architecture.

    • Architect the integrations between payment gateways, checkout, affiliate fee distribution and logistics providers.
    • Built a Continuous Delivery culture with the team. Shorter feedback loops, fewer surprises at release.

    A white-label store-management ecosystem for car dealerships: finance, inventory, marketing, ads and CRM, split across microservices.

    • Designed and owned the end-to-end CRM module, from schema to interface.
    • Built the WhatsApp API integration that automates customer communication for every dealership on the platform.
    • Kept the Nuxt 3 front-end and the Laravel services agreeing on their contracts.

About

The short version.

I started writing code for other people at nineteen, in a student-run company where nobody was going to fix my mistakes for me.

That turned out to be the right way to learn. Eight years later I've worked through marketplaces, logistics, fitness apps, a consultancy, a government department and now publishing, and the same thing keeps pulling me in: I like the systems nobody posts screenshots of. Queues that don't drop jobs, integrations that fail loudly rather than quietly, migrations that actually finish.

These days I lead a team of six, which mostly means I spend my time making sure other people's work isn't blocked. I still write code, still care about clean architecture and test coverage, and still think Continuous Delivery is worth the argument it sometimes takes to get there.

I'm finishing a Computer Science degree at the University of Brasília, and right now most of my learning time goes into system architecture and leadership. Outside the terminal I play drums, badly and loudly.
